Terms of service
These terms apply when you use Global Flash Pay at globalflashpay.com, operated by BridgePointWeb3 ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
Global Flash Pay lets you hold, convert and send money and crypto-assets, use virtual cards and accept payments. It is currently a sandbox preview: balances, cards and payouts are simulated unless the app clearly says a payment is real. Features may change or stop while the service is in preview.
Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details, PIN and recovery codes safe.
- You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.
- We may ask you to verify your identity before some features work, and may limit or close accounts used for fraud, abuse or anything illegal.
Payments and crypto-assets
Crypto-asset prices move quickly and transfers sent to a wrong address may not be recoverable. Check every amount and destination before you confirm. Nothing in Global Flash Pay is financial advice.
Fees
Fees are shown before you confirm a transaction.
Liability
We provide the preview service "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Changes
We may update these terms and will show the new date at the top. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
